Membership
Eligibility
All persons who shall qualify as otherwise provided in the By-Laws and
who are interested in the industry, or any aspect thereof, including owning, racing, or training, shall be eligible to
be a member of this association. There shall be two (2) classes of members: voting and nonvoting. Voting members only
shall be eligible to hold office and entitle to vote. Board members and officers shall be residents of the State of Colorado.
